Nah, he said something about only being certian games and if I did I'd have to pay for something I didn't really get it and I said screw it. Free Bioshock I'll just pretend this is a normal day and you guys felt like giving it to me ha.

From the Salvation Army thrift store I got a R.O.B. for 2.99 which is just missing its gyros. Does anyone have any ideas how this can be replaced or built without resorting buying them online (mainly from eBay)?
It was a lucky find considering I had gotten Gyromite a few weeks prior at the same thrift store ^_^.
Make them out of oven-bake clay. Might be heavy, so try using tin foil or something as filler.
So I went out looking for family gifts early, but pretty much only found things for me. It's a bit selfish but I received some birthday money early and while hunting for others nothing really appealed as truely great Christmas gifts. I'll need to investigate more as to what everyone may need/want. Aside from that what I got was some cool stuff:
NDS:
Konami Classics Series Arcade Hits [N $15]
> Looks like it has come down in price at Game Stop. Time Pilot is the main attraction in this game collection for me.
Genesis:
Todd's Adventures in Slime World [CIB $2]
Zoom! [CIB $1]
Pac-Man 2 The New Adventure [CIB $free]
> B2G1F @ a local game store.
And the "big" haul was an expansion to my 5200 collection, though not too many. The coolest part is finally my first R8! All games in great CIB shape and $5 each.
5200:
Ms. Pac-Man
Meteorites *
Kangaroo
AstroChase
Keystone Kapers
Super Cobra
Defender
> A couple of nice additions to the CIB PAM collection. There were a number of games I left and may go back another day and pick up. A few would replace my 3 loose carts (Pac-Man, Space Invaders, Centipede) while some loose + manual game they had are temping, like Zaxxon. Dunno but I'm happy with what I picked up thus far from them.

I bought Unreal and Reader Rabbit teaches ABCs or writing or reading or something stupid (was a joke :P). He said I was probably the only person ever to buy that combination of games :P
My friend (21 years of age) was getting married and he always wanted my steel battallion. It was in another state and I didn't feel like going but he's a good friend so ;p I Took the SB box filled it with packing foam and a couple rocks. Threw reader rabbit ontop and shipped it to him ;p It was worth the costs :P I did of course send him the actual SB afterwards ;p I'm not that mean I just want my fun first <.< >.>
Picked up a few things yesterday
Saints row $10 new
ncaa hoops 08 360 $10 new
2 pair Pro keds Centipede shoes $17 new each
Thanks, although it sometimes feels like cheating in the wild since they do sometimes get eBay bulk auctions and resell out of the boxes on the store floor. They had actually been trying to dump all their Atari stuff in the past year or two so I was suprised they received three boxes full of CIB Atari 8-bit computer, 5200, VCS, and 7800 games. Since I'm more concerned with the PAM I stuck with that box, although I did dig through the others. When they want $5 for Meteorites and $5 for CIB E.T. for the 2600 it becomes more of a "get what I really want, then come back later for others" as I'm not as concerned if they are gone next time.
As for the Genesis games, they were at another store called Cool Stuff. They're prices have been jumping all over the place lately, new management? But they are one of the largest local, independent game/video stores. I don't know of their inventory count but it must be 5k-10k on the store floor (no clue on the back room but it must be loaded), where NES/Genesis/SNES have lots of duplicate sports titles along the wall mixed with various other titles. They have a constantly rotating stock when I go, which is about once or twice a month. Then they have 3 arcade and 1 pinball machine that haven't been on for years due to license requirements/payments with the city.
