Anyone ever played this game? I never had heard of it until earlier today. I was just wondering if it was a decent game. Any input would be helpful. Thanks.

If I'm not mistaken it's one of a million Acclaim side-scrollers based on a movie property.
That one being a movie starring Ray Liotta, Lance Henrikson, Ernie Hudson ... and Kevin "Johnny Drama" Dillon.
"And the book says: 'We may be through with the past, but the past ain't through with us.'"
Yeah, it was based on the movie which I have never seen or heard of either. And I'm a big Liotta fan.

Yeah, I own that game. Pretty hard to find. I played it the day I got it which was a couple years ago. From what I recall it was nothing special. I just remember that you had to keep moving to the right very fast ... as there were lots of enemies chasing you. Never past the first level. Maybe I should dig it out of the pile and try it again. BTW I never saw the movie either.
Sega-16 reviewed the Genesis version - here's a link if you want to check it out. IIRC, the only difference between the two versions is that it's harder to find on the SNES (it's an R7, while the Genny version is an R4).

"Mediocre" is being pretty generous when describing this game. Just another unexciting platformer based on a movie license. I only got it because it was three bucks, and hard to find.
The Genesis version was done by Psygnosis which I always thought was odd, but not inconsistent with their other crappy movie games around the same time like Dracula.
Thanks for all the feedback. I'll prolly pass on the game but check out the movie.
