Final Fantasy 3 for DS is not in French.
Animal Crossing : City Folks is in French.
There is a French-only version of Mass Effect on the 360.
There is a lot of games only in English that have French text on the back, you cannot use it to find French games.
I know its been awhile, but I added a few more games to the original post, and will continue to do so as I gather more info and find more games that are multilingual. It seems that as storage space increases, most publishers are now including many languages on the cart so the game can reach a larger audience, which is pretty smart. With just one translator, you can gain a couple thousand sales in a country that may not have been there otherwise.
Anyways, anybody else find any more to add to the list?
I hope to keep this project a bit ongoing in case other people can find a use for it too.
Ghostbusters (US version) on the DS is in French (it uses the DS current language).
Practically all the european DS games are in French, I tried a lot on my ... hmmm ... perfectly legal "testing" cart
