Default Printing Out PS1 and PS2 Box Art/Covers?

Anyone know how I would go about doing this? Is there a program with a dvd cover making program or something? Also, what kind of paper would I need to makes these look as legit as possible?

And finally, is there a site that hosts the cover images I would need? Possibly one with alternate covers? I wouldn't mind replacing my English copy of ico's box art. God that thing looks horrible.

Can't help you with making them, but I recently found this site. http://www.replacementdocs.com/news.php They have scans of video game manuals.
