Final Fantasy Ultimate Guide (1997) [pic]

I'm not a guide collector, but I read that this was rare. If so, what would it fetch if I were to try to sell it?

I found it today for $1.00.

(I never played FFVII, so I may try to get some use out of it if I get stuck.)

if it has the poster its worth above 30, without about 15-20

That's the guide I picked up from Best Buy on FFVII release day. I later sold it on ebay (bad idea) in '01 or so. Fortunately, last year I found a copy at a local used game store in a stack of guides waiting to be priced (it hadn't even made it to the shelf yet). They guy didn't even have time to check the going ebay price. He just said, "$5.00" out of habit. I'll never sell it again.

Actually, with the poster it would sell for $60-100. Without the poster it sells for $30-60. I sold my guide without poster last year for $52.

I almost completely agree with The 1 2 P on this one... Without the poster in the back, it's generally good for $40-$55. With the poster, generally $65-$85.
