As the title says! I want to start fresh on Doki Doki Panic with my own game, is there any way to do that? Hidden Menus etc?
Any help will be greatly appreciated

I think the only way to clear data is by damaging the disk.
Yes, this CAN be done!
I'm unsure of the specifics, as the person I bought it from did it for me; however, I *think* that you simply remove the disk while it says "please wait" during a save.
DO NOT do this without further confirmation. The person I purchased mine from was a guy here on the forums, ckendal. PM him and ask, he knows how.
Hope this helps...
I had the same kinda problem with advanced wars for gameboy advance. Not sure if it was 1 or 2 but I could never restart the game to play from the begining. I think I did figure it out. But It was frustrating.
In yo face!
Yes, you can, but it's not pretty.
Back when I translated the game I figured out where the game saved its data. I just zeroed out that area and voila, saveless game. 'Course, I have no way of doing that on a real FDS...
Like the files on your computer, files are *marked* for deletion when you delte them. In other words, the files are still there, but the computer knows the space is available to be written over once you "delete" it.
FDS disks are the same...sorta. Many disks feature the same princple above, but it's really up to the programmer how he wants the FDS/FC to handle te data and it is up to them to make their own file saving formats.
But anyway, the zeroing out of the save data is the only way I know how to do it and a hex editor and knowledge of where the save data is. Or, you could use FDSLoadr cables to upload a clean version of the disk image to the disk (preferable, since zeroing out save data on some games breaks some of them). You will also need to modify your FDS drive to defeat the write protection. Also, since the FDSLoadr write feature doesn't actually work, you will also need a Turbo Game Doctor 6+ or equivalent, plus a disk copy utility such as Copy Master.
Note that Doki Doki Panic is also one of the few games with a weird copy protection scheme built into the software that defeats most copy tools for the FDS. You will notice this if you try to dump the game using FDSLoadr and then try to load the image.
Of course, if you have FDS Loadr cables, you don't even need the disks. You can load the images straight to the RAM adapter (you don't even need the actual FDS drive...just the RAM adapter).

The moral is, don't **** with Uncle Tim when he's been drinking!
Thanks for the quick replies guys Most appreciated!
I didnt think it would be an easy job. Ill just make do with the save for now as all the levels are selectable I guess.
I dont really wanna pull out the disk while saving as im paranoid ill break the disk or system!
And rbudrick, im gonna do some research into these cables you mention. However is there any chanced you can shed some more light onto these as I have never heard of them before. I was under the impression the FDS was one of the consoles without a method of playing roms yet (ie Flash Carts, Linkers etc!) So this to me is good news
