Default Seller says he didnt recieve payment.-resolved.

I sent money with e-cheque for a game. My paypal said that the money cleared and was deposited into his account. Then when i logged onto ebay i got a message from the seller saying "hi i still haven't received your payment, please remit." i checked my bank account and the money was definitely take away from it and its not on my paypal now he wants me to resend the payment which is impossible since its already been SENT AND CLEARED!! im not going to send another $148 this is my first bad experience and i need advice on what i should do...

He finally noticed that the payment cleared and says he will ship the item thanks.

Check your history. Look up the PayPal transaction, get the transaction number, and send it both to him and PayPal.

No no no. You are emailed a Paypal receipt for every payment you send. Find it, then forward it to him. That's undeniable proof that you paid right there.

I can't imagine that the seller would still dispute that at that point, but if he does, just file a Non-Performing Seller dispute on ebay and an Item Not Received dispute on Paypal.

I dont need to spell his name all i do is go to the auction i won and click pay for item and go over how much its going to cost and everything then click send payment and thats all i already bought things and payed like that and never had a problem.

Alright thanks for all your help now to wait and see what his response is.
