Default NES game with multiple versions

I know that Indiana Jones and the Last Crusdade was released in 2 different versions. Both have the same name, but two totally different games. I'm wondering if there are other cases such as this on the nes.

I'm not talking about label variations either. I know you can get a blue Bible Adventures and a Black one. That's not what I mean. I mean when the game itself is actually a different game, but with the same title. Are there any other examples of this besides Indiana Jones and the Last Crusade?

    Tetris (Tengen & Nintendo).
And almost the same: "Ghostbusters II" and "New Ghostbuster II".

    Ms. Pac Man.

There's the Tengen version everyone eventually gets, and then there's the Namco programmed one: in a traditional NES case, but the code inside is different from the Tengen version: it plays like the Pac-Man cart, but with Ms. Pac Mazes and whatnot.

Namco Ms Pac's one of my major NES wants right now.

Not exactly in the same category but I'll mention it anyway:

I could see a casual gamer who doesn't spend much time on the internet picking up Punch Out for NES assuming that Mike Tyson is in it.

The Japanese and American versions of Super Mario Bros. 2 might qualify.

But SMB2j wasn't a cartridge, so I dunno if it qualifies. Either way, these, while having the same name, are most assuredly not the same thing.

Funny, I was just comparing the US and Japanese versions of Airwolf for NES last night. Both are based on the TV show of the same name, but are 2 completely different games, the Japanese one being a side-scrolling shooter and the US version a 3D cockpit shooter.
