I think the only posts from that section of the world tend to be of the "World of Warcraft buy gold from us" and "Nike tennis shoes and ipods for sale" variety.
This Ebay seller is located in Hong Kong. I've bought from him before and his English is good. He carries a lot of video game stuff, though it's mostly Japanese. But you could always Email him a request for whatever it is you're looking for.
