Finally, went into a Gamestop in Deleware and low and behold my PSP holy grail, front and center, finally a copy of NHL 07. I'm a hardcore hockey guy and since this is the only PSP NHL game, I've wanted it for a while. It goes for decent money on ebay, GS only charges 18 bucks. Guess what, case and manual are dead mint, but no game. It was shipped out and they forgot to send the game with it. So I got to keep the case/manual. Guess I'm most of the way there to a complete copy. Boy did that piss me off though.

Thanks for the tip kitsune, but all my pc games were bought sealed and i´m not much into digital media, hate that, i do prefer to wake up and look upon my pretty amount of boxes.
Were in brazil 30r$ is quite a deal on a PC-Game of that port, launch titles here goes around 99R$, ex: Dead Space and so on

LoL. I am used to this by now. I have met several people from Craigslist that have made arrangements with me and then when I call to tell them im on my way they tell me its sold. I also had a guy selling a master system for 30 bucks back out on the deal because someone called 30 minutes later and offered 40. I drove all the way to him, called him to find out exactly where his house was and he told me sorry, someone else called and offered me $40 cash. He took it. Jerk off!

Im very cautious anymore who I deal with from that site. People just looking for the BBD - bigger, better deal.

I nabbed a nice Aspire One for $225 shipped that I'm going to put Linpus on...

and there's a bead on a 2.6 Ghz dual core AMD w/ 400GB hard drive and 2 gig of ram for $240 from a reputable shop I buy from. Vid card isn't top notch (Nvidia 6500) but that's the only thing I'd be touching upgrade wise for a few years at least. That was pretty cool. Oh - anyone need a dual core laptop? It's suddenly expendable, lol.

Bah. Sorry man, that's a rough one. It was a good list until I hit Valkyrie Profile, and then I cringed a bit. At least it wasn't like a $30 deal or something. You seem to have probably the best luck here on getting big deals though, you'll get it next time (wink, goofy smile).

I remember once I drove about 35 miles to pick up a CL deal, the guy had a Sega CD + Genesis with Shining Force 1, 2 and CD, Mutant League Hockey, among other games and he only wanted $15. When I got there, he said that people offered him $100 for the package, but he thought they were prank callers.

That worked out in my favor.

Freebie that isn't even worth mentioning, but just for the heck of it: a generic DVD case with a Hollywood Video insert for Stuntman: Ignition (PS2).

The case will come in handy - I don't know what I'm going to do with the insert, though.

Has anybody gotten anything good at the Circuit City liquidations? I picked up a "Wii Laser," which is like the zapper except it has a (useless) laser pointer and detachable nunchuk holder, and two copies of Gears of War (Windows) for $6 and $21/ea respectively. I'm thinking about going again tonight.
