I got a good condition complete copy of Rule of Rose for the PS2 last night at Gamestop. It came to $10.71 with the aid of my Edge card and $4.36 gift card.

In Heaven, everything is fine.
That's a sweet Duke Nukem memory card.
Today I picked up Gunbird 2 for the Dreamcast for $24.99 and Tom and Jerry War of the Whiskers for the Xbox for $17.99 at a small town indie game store. I've been looking for Tom & Jerry for a while. I wish I had a list of Genesis rarities, since a few of them struck me as possibly collectible when I was looking through them. If I go that way again, I'll have to bring a Video Game Collector's Mag with me.
My Skate 2 bundle came in today. No flashy box or anything that it all comes in, just a shipping box.
My board is number 163 out of 350.
Yeah!
With shipping, it was 105 (I think), but will be well woth it in the long run if skate keeps up the gaming goodness (either that or it will end up the like tony hawk boards where they are worth like $5 a piece, but either way, this thing is cool, and the game is awesome to boot
Got a few things this evening:
Genesis:
T2: Judgment Day (cart only... or should I say "naked?")
Dreamcast:
Dynamite Cop! (complete)
Tokyo Xtreme Racer (complete)
Game Gear:
Tengen World Cup Soccer (cart only)
$9.50 total. It was nice to get a couple more Dreamcast games, and hopefully Tengen World Cup will be better than the other GG soccer game in my collection (World Cup USA '94, which was included with a GG I bought in September).
Free stuff:
PS2:
Lego Island Xtreme Stunts (complete)
Madden 2002 (complete)
Cool Boarders 2001 Demo Disc (complete)
Xbox:
Halo GOTY (complete)
With the exception of Madden, all of the discs are pretty beat up. The Cool Boarders demo disc looks like it should work, but Halo and Island Xtreme Stunts look like someone scraped them against a sidewalk. The manuals and case inserts are in good shape, though.

20 Boxed Atari games - $36. It was an ebay win but the seller is local so no shipping charges involved. Just picked it up this morning. I've bought a few things from him in the past few months, good deals too.

razor freestyle scooter n64
sonic 3d blast sega genesis
all for 20 bucks
I don't usually post my finds, considering 95% of them are new retail releases...but I've been on a retro kick lately and the Dreamcast collecting bug has hit me again. Only 50 or so games to go for the full US release set.
I've put off buying a retro Gameboy for so long. I sold my original back in '94. 15 years later I am reunited. It was $9.99 and in great shape.
Anyway...

My new laptop battery just arrived in the mail.

Yeah, they are. One of the cases had a bit of damage to the part that holds the disc so I had to swap it out. Other than that, the cases were in good shape.
David, yeah, I was pretty excited to pick it up. Getting ready to do a major day of playing tomorrow (Nuts & Milk is calling my name).
I found a "Novel Item TV Game / Computer Cartridge Converter" today for two bucks. It appears to be a Genesis region bypass cart. I say appears because I found it lying in a bunch of unrelated items.
I thought it was a Famicom adapter at first, but the thing has the same pin layout on both sides... it fits my Genesis games fine, too. I'm not so sure. Even the guy who sold it to me was confused as to what it was.
Posted this in another thread but a garage sale esque find
PSX: Brave Fencer, Vandal Hearts, Parasite Eve 1 and 2, Chrono Cross with Guide. All black label complete mint. All for 30$ total.
My 1996 copy of Multimedia: The Complete Guide arrived in the mail today.
It's interesting to see them talk about the up-and-coming Internet, the Playstation era of consoles, and how virtual reality will be THE new standard in gaming.
Hm, it even talks about the M2.
