It's essentially new, as it's never seen the inside of a system. The case was busted so I opened it just to make sure everything was OK. Disc is flawless, manual/insert are also perfect. Gave it a new case and it looks great!
This is the NOT FOR RESALE version that came with the 360 limited bundle. (Bought the collector's edition as well, so I don't need this one)
