You know, it's so funny as I was reading that "Jawbreaker II" insert in the DP guide just today. I personally own the two cart variations for the C64 in which one has a "Jawbreaker" label and the other has a "Jawbreaker II" label. Both are of course the same game. I was thinking that Sierra MUST have printed JB2 labels for the A8-bit as well and I guess it is now confirmed. Can you attach a picture?

I believe the TI computer version of Jawbreaker II only says Jawbreaker on the label.

An actual Jawbreaker 2 label is not believed to exist." well im looking at the cart in my hand and it indeed says jawbreaker 2. perhaphs this is a 1 of a kind? the label says JBL-803
It's rare but hardly one-of-a-kind rare. The DP Guide is outdated...it's a known variation. Either way it's the same exact game and not worth much, unfortunately. Atari 8-bit collectors don't go nuts over label variations the way 2600 collectors do.

I should also mention the fact that it's actually a Commodore 64 label on that cart. You can see that it says "Jawbreaker II by Doug Whittaker" on there. Doug Whittaker did the C64 port of Jawbreaker II...the Atari version was programmed by Chuck Bueche ("Chuckles").

should that be, why doesn't it have a 64 marking anywhere on the cart. on top of that. from all the label's i've seen none of the c-64 games look even close to that? so? according the DP guide, recheck your information. im not entirely sure but i believe something is wrong. is there any high collectors able to help with this?

Um...because none of the Sierra games have system "markings" on the cart labels? They don't have system markings on the boxes either...they simply have a silver sticker indicating which console they're designed for (Atari, Commodore, Coleco, etc).

Why doesn't the cart have an Atari marking?

Then you obviously haven't seen many. Here's scans of all of the C64 Sierra carts...

so? according the DP guide, recheck your information. im not entirely sure but i believe something is wrong.
I don't need to "recheck" anything. Recheck my last post...I already explained it to you quite clearly.

The cart you have is a known variation and it's not rare (or at least not very rare/expensive). It's an Atari version of Jawbreaker II with a C64 label on it. The DP Guide is wrong in saying that there's no known cartridges with a "Jawbreaker II" label, but it's probably correct in the sense that I don't believe there's a variation with the correct (Atari) label on it ("Jawbreaker II by Chuckles").

is there any high collectors able to help with this
There's already someone 'high' in this thread, and it's not me.

It is a Commodore label. I just checked mine and it is the exact same label as stated above. Could be possible that Sierra decided to use residual C64 labels on the A8 carts. I would not at all put it past them (or most other companies) of the time. Why re-print a label if you don't have to? But, yep, this is the exact same label as the C64 cart.

Judging by how badly Sierra screwed up the game itself, I doubt that screwing up the labels was a serious concern.
