I can't tell ... But generally, with lighter fuel, you can remove a lot of stickers

Yeah, Goof-Off and a hair dryer usually works for me. Managed to save several semi-rare PS1 manuals that way.

Regardless of the condition, you should just buy the manual anyway. I'm surprised someone here even had one available.
