I only found a couple things today at the flea market. This was my first time there this season. I got a complete copy of Wiz n Liz for the Genesis and a cart only copy of Megaman X for the SNES. I paid $8 for the pair.
JY
-Persona 2 (Complete) $51.10 from eBay
-Toaster NES (loose) $5.00 from the flea.
I finally have a working NES! The guy who sold it to me is a collector too, but he didn't want to sell it to me really high since it was cordless/controllerless.
I'd say five bucks is a good deal.
In Heaven, everything is fine.
Good luck at the Best Buy $10 sale this morning:
Time for some serious rainy day gaming!

Tomorrow's Past is Yesterday's Future Today!
Dammit, I wish I wasn't so damn broke right now >_<
my xbox 360 broke
I went into best buy today my mom just HAD to stop at steak and shake and I missed the last copy of silent hill by a minute
but I did get
rock revolution with drums (ps3)
ninja gaiden dragon sword (ds)
pure (ps3)
soul calibur 4 (ps3)
Is their anybody that could sell me a copy of silent hill for 360 for 10$+shipping, I would reallly appreciate it, I might even be able to add a little extra If anybody could sell me a copy.
The last little while has been odds an ends really.
Boxed copy of StarTropics II: Zoda's Revenge (no manual) - $10
Loose copy of Bomberman Hero N64 - $5
Loose copy of Mega Man 7 SNES - $25 (I watched this copy at a pawnshop go from $79, to $55, to $35... finally I offered them $20 and they said $25)
Tales of Legendia PS2 - (price sticker said $19.99) rang up at $8.99 [I had been looking for a copy for a long time since I own it, however I own a sealed copy that I found for $4.97 that I refused to open]
Radiata Stories PS2 - $12
Original Xbox component cables and HD box - $6.50 (I have been looking for these for forever, they make an INSANE difference)
Xbox Gameshark disc + cord - $6.50
And while I still don't have any games for my PS3 I did find Planet Earth for BluRay sealed for $30. Absolutely beautiful.
I'll see if I can take a picture in a bit.
From Best Buy this morning ($9.99 each):
- Warhammer Battle March (360)
- Pure (360)
- Pure (PS3)
- Overlord: Raising Hell (PS3)
- Singstar Vol.2 (PS3) (KEEPING)
- Guitar Hero III (PS3) (KEEPING)
Total = 63.99
the remaing 4 games went to GameStop where I recieved $77.35 in store credit. Kept 2 and made $14!
And via Craigslist for $25.
SNES w/15 cart only games; no power cord on the SNES and the games need a bit of cleaning but other than that....

- Legend of Zelda Link to the Past (Player's Choice)
- Super Mario All-Stars
I hear ya. I'm seriously jonesing to go out to the flea market, but my job screwed up and shorted my paycheck this week. After paying my car payment and car insurance, I'm down to $10. I always feel like I'm going to miss something amazing on the one day I'm free to go out there but I'm broke. Someone else in the Dallas/Fort Worth area will chime in "Yeah, at Trader's Village I found an RDI Halcyon for $5, a Japanese Saturn with every overseas release for $12, a Turbo Express for 50¢, a Taito Wowow prototype console for $2, and one of those blonde sex robots from the movie Cherry 2000 for $8".
My Besy Buy had no copies of Soul Calibur 4 for 360 and only one for PS3. Quantum of Solace was still ringing up at $29.99(and wasn't even with teh other games displayed) and Silent Hill was MIA too. But I did manage to get:
TNA Impact(only copy they had)
WWE Smackdown Vs Raw 2008(only copy they had)
Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword
I'm seriously getting tired of Best Buy doing advertising for these types of sales(like they did with Ninja Gaiden 2 a few months back) and then not having jack shit when you get there. I was even there when the doors opened this morning with a crowd of other gamers and they still didn't have half the advertised stuff(both from their ad and the cag list). I did manage to get a few things but only because I was one of the first at the store.

My Best Buy haul today...
Dark Sector was from Target ($9.98). Everything else was $9.99 at BB. They didn't have Red Alert 3 but they had plenty of everything else. I just picked up what I thought I would actually play (or didn't already own).
"One of the ways I gauge a DS game is by recharges. "...Tycho (Penny Arcade)
Picked up 4 games at Best Buy on Thursday to bring back today and price match (I was working until 4 PM, good thing I picked them up cause almost everything was gone today)
Infinite Undiscovery
Ninja Gaiden: Dragon Sword
Silent Hill Homecoming
Jericho
Also picked up 2 games today when I went in to price match
Quantum of Solace: Collectors Edition
Lost Planet: Extreme Condition
Plus there was a $20 off coupon floating around for IF, which the cashier was able to just give me the game for free. $50 for 6 games, not bad
Went to a thrift store and found:
Kinetic (PS2 Eyetoy Game)- 1.98
Case and Manual for DDR Supernova (PS2)- Free
I grabbed both of these games and they originally didn't have price tags. I asked the lady working there how much, and she said 1.98 (They are usually more, thank god for unpriced games). When I opened up DDR, I found it was empty and the girl working there looked at it and threw it out. I nearly jumped to grab it, and said that I will still take the case and manual, in case I find a disc only copy. She took it back out and gave it to me, and I was happy that I saved a case and manual from certain death.
BTW, I already own Kinetic, and if anybody is interested in buying it, just PM me.

From Target-Nintendo DS Car Adapter-$2.48-NEW
There were a TON of these adapters, I guess they were clearing them out. This was about 2 weeks ago, I'm going back to see if they have any more sometime this week.
See, I knew that would happen. I had to work on Saturday, anyway.
Up at Texas Motor Speedway far north of Fort Worth, once a month they have their Trade Days USA event, which is supposed to be a big flea market/boot sale/farmer's market. I was bored today, not having too much cash, but I wanted to get out of the house, so I went. I drove all the freakin' way up there, and it seems there's nothing for sale out there. A few cars and some tents, looked like some 4-wheelers and scooters, just general junk I don't care about. Parking was $5, and I only had $12 on me, so I couldn't justify parking and checking it out since it kinda looked dead there. What a disappointment. They've only started doing the Trade Days for less than a year, so I hope they've established themselves a little more by the time I get the urge to drive all the way there again.
Going home I went to the Movie Trading Company in Hurst to look for Sega CDs and 32X games. And it looks like they've gotten rid of nearly all of them. So I go to the one in Irving. They don't have any at all. Hit the Console Game Xchange in Irving Mall, nothing interesting. I want to find some games for my Genesis/Sega CD/32X monstrosity, and then I remember that the location off Preston in Dallas had Fahrenheit for the 32X. I drive all the way up there, and they've gotten rid of most of their Sega games. I stop at the CGX store in Valley View Mall, and pick up Corpse Killer for $6.95 (although it might just be the regular Sega CD version instead of the 32X CD one I wanted to buy, I have to try it out). I then go to the main Movie Trading Company headquarters building off Greenville avenue in Dallas. A decent amount of Genesis games, but virtually no 32X or Sega CD games. On the way home I stop at the location in Duncanville, no 32X or CD games whatsoever. I realized that I had circled almost the entire Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex, looking for games that most people consider lame. When I bought Corpse Killer, the guy couldn't figure out where in storage it was since nobody had ever bought a Sega CD or 32X game from him before!

I was just messing with you man. I didn't hit any of the flea markets this weekend either. The stupid Best Buy sale killed me of my extra money. Bought 9 games in all for myself and for my daughter
