For those who are interested in the series and don't have a PS3 or 360. This is supposedly SC4 with a better character creation system(which is good since the SC4 character creation was awful and gave minimal options in comparison to the SC3 character creation which had far more content.) I'd recommend against the PSP game or even SC4 actually since the SC series has went downhill. SC3 was the last good SC and it isn't as good as SC2 but it's character creation and story mode are worth it.
There are alot of fighters coming to the PSP lately. Dissidia, Dynasty Warriors Strike Force, Tales of Versus, and Tekken 6.
http://www.joystiq.com/2009/04/28/on...eading-to-psp/Broken Destiny will feature all the dressings of a console fighter, with arcade, versus and survival modes. New to the PSP version will be a new single-player mode meant for beginners struggling to learn the intricacies of the battle system. It will function, essentially, as an enhanced tutorial mode.
The PSP version will also feature new lighting effects that allow players to fight in stages at different times of day. Other gameplay components, such as the critical finish and armor destruction are also supposedly improved. Finally, Broken Destiny will offer Ad-Hoc wireless play, although according to Gamespot, Infrastructure might be a possibility. Expect Soulcalibur to hit your no-longer-defunct PSP this summer.
