Are you talking about the Genesis one from Tototek (MD-PRO 64M)? I have one of those.

The biggest problem I have with mine is that the "flasher" runs off a parallel port (it uses the parallel port for data and the USB port for power). I don't know if that's still the case or not (mine's probably four years old) but you have to run their software to flash the cart. As time passes I find parallel ports are not what they used to be. (Anyone who has ever tried getting an x1541 cable to work can attest to that). If I remember correctly out of three machines I got the Tototek flasher to work on one and not the other two (on those, the software simply didn't recognize the parallel port -- too new, I'm guessing).

The only other thing I would mention is that when I ordered the ship time too twice as long as I was quoted and during that time I couldn't get anyone to answer my e-mails or anything. The device did eventually show up, about two weeks after I had written it off.

I have two of these. I have an older laptop with parallel port and though it was a pain to get it to work with XP, once it does, it's pretty nice. I only use these 64mb carts for 32x games, games that need SRAM (save games), or games over 24mb. Reason is, I use my Megacart mostly, which lets you load games to it's 24mb memory from sega CD (I have a Sega Genesis 1 system with Sega CD 1 system).
