Unhappy Atari 2600 Swordquest Waterworld - by Hozer Video?

I just ran across a cartridge for the relatively rare Swordquest Waterworld, but this one has a difference. At the bottom of the front label is some text above the Atari copyright that says "This cartridge made by Hozer Video Games."

What's the deal with that? Is it a repro? Thanks.

It is a repro. Hozer video games makes these. A good place to get rare atari games for cheap. Worth about $11

Didn't Google at all since the first hit with "Hozer Video" in Google takes you right to his site.

Just Googled the wrong thing - was looking for Hozer and Swordquest, which didn't bring up anything but an eBay auction and some Chinese sites, and Hozer Video brought up his Geocities site and I've learned to pretty much ignore those over the years...
