Default Your worst condition game... what's it look like?

Describe it and/or show a picture.

My copy of Mega Man Xtreme 2 for GBC has half of the label torn. I believe it came off when I took off that stupid Gamestop used sticker. Looking forward to replacing this cart.

Also, my copy of Super Mario Kart has some weird holes in the label. I can't fathom what made these, except a child or a pet.

i have a copy of conquest of the crystal palace that is missing a chunk out of it's case and is cracked in another spot.

Best $1 i ever spent on a game i was looking for anyway XD

...I forgot about my copy of Toki as well... There are gouges in the label that could only be made by teeth. I understand and accept them.

mmm...I think the worst I have is a Yoshi's Island cart with the top side of the label somewhat damaged.

Well, I also have a Secret of Evermore cart that is pretty battered up, but since it's the duplicate I use for playing (I have another CIB) I don't really care.

I had a few copies of Atari 2600 games with the labels completely missing, and one in particular with a cracked case and no label that still worked. I traded that in to PnT and got another copy (believe it was Star Wars).

I also have a copy of Samurai Warriors 2 for Xbox 360 that arrived to me with mold growing on the case. I decided to reprint the label with glossy paper and no one can tell.

I had a copy of Marvel vs Capcom 2 for Dreamcast. It was scratched to hell so I got it resurfaced. It cost me nothing because they told me there was missing parts that you could see through the disc. I popped it in the Dreamcast and it worked perfect.

I have a stack of about 10 disc only Saturn games that came with a free Saturn. They're horribly scratched, scraped, and scuffed. They were all former rentals to boot; all having an old Hollywood Video clear label on the top of the disc.

Only one of the games actually boots up and plays (Command & Conquer). Go figure.

My worst condition game was a copy of Donkey Kong Country that looked perfect but just wouldn't play. I tried cleaning the contacts, opening up the cartridge to look for any obvious signs of damage, etc, but I couldn't bring it back to life.

I also have a few duplicates that are in poor condition, mainly N64 games with torn labels, a copy of Ridge Racer V that's missing the cover insert and Virtua Fighter 3tb which I found inside my Dreamcast when I bought it (it was secondhand and the store obviously had forgot to remove the disc after checking the machine worked). I ended up printing off a sleeve for it.

I bought a stack of NES games pff ebay and one copy of Megaman II is melted in the top left corner. You can actually see a little bit of the circuit board underneath. There's also some melted on crayon markings that have mostly dried out and fall off when picked at.

Because of the way the plastic has warped, I can't fit it into a NES toaster but any toploader will still play the game.

I have a copy of Sega CD Dark Wizard that has a long crack radiating from the inner ring that still plays for whatever reason. You probably couldn't get too far into the game, but I'm amazed that it even boots up.

I have 2 NES games (Kung Fu and Mario 3) that actually survived a house fire. I don't know if they work, but half of each cart is permanently blackened.

Nah, I didn't really feel like fighting for $11.
Was actually able to clean up Mario 3 and sell it for $15, so that worked out.

Aside from a few scratched discs and peeling labels, I think my NES Whomp Em and CV3 are my worst...

I have a Barker Bill's cart that STINKS. It's my only copy, so I keep it in a sandwich bag so it doesn't contaminate anything else. I've cleaned my fair share of bad carts, but this one...yeesh. With zero exaggeration and being completely serious, I think someone or something took a shit on it...and it sat in a backyard baking in the sun with that shit on it for a long time. I am afraid to open the case.

To the guy with the multiple NES games, can't you just clean those off sans the ones with label vandal on them?

No, the junk on them is not just dirt, it's actually stained it had been there so long, and the plastic is bubbling up due to mold. Plus the connectors are so dirty and rusty no matter how much cleaning I did the only one I could get to play was SMB 3.
