Those press CDs are pretty common and other than some written press materials and some web safe art, they don't really contain much of interest to the average consumer or even a collector. A Ratchet fan might give you a couple of dollars for it which means it's not really worth your time or effort.
You could probably sell it for a few bucks to a Ratchet & Clank collector (I'd say $5-10 depending on how much they wanted it), but it isn't terribly valuable.
That disk looks like it is covered in dandruff, or is that just your camera?
Condoleezza Rice is nice, but I prefer A Roni!
