I'm kind of new to collecting, but I was searching for Contra 3 for the SNES and came across this auction. I'm assuming this is just some cheap bootleg cart?

Yes, it is a very obvious bootleg.
$70 for a pirated game cart? That is totally lol.
<Evan_G> i keep my games in an inaccessable crate where i can't play them
Given the list of games, this sounds like it could be a Tototek cart with five roms without saves on it. The raw carts with lockout chips soldered on cost in the neighborhood of $70ish. I say "without saves" because the Tototek flash carts can only hold one games save data at a time.
I've seen unreleased, non special chipped, translated RPGs on Tototek carts run for a few hundred on eBay before they're pulled. Heck, I've sold one just to make up for the costs of buying the flashing kit myself.
In retrospect, I should have learned how to burn eproms instead.
