    Default Colecovision Console

    i bought a colecovision console (no box) with 2 controllers and all hook ups for $50CAD ($43.05 USD)

    was that a good deal or did i can ripped off?

    Any games with it? $40 is a normal price for a Coleco Vision as long as everything works.

    came with no games
    i need a game to test it tho but the system looks mint so theres not really any doubt about it not work

    There's a million doubts that it works. It has nothing to do with it looking clean. Colecovisions are notoriously unreliable. I had to buy four or five of them to find a working one, and it even acts a bit glitchy. For $50, if it works right away without any maintenance or repairs, it's fairly overpriced. But there's a pretty strong likelihood that it doesn't work, in which case you got hosed.

    Looks like ive been lucky I have 8 and all of them have powered on and in working condition. Weird finds at garage sales when people tell me its an atari.

    bought my first colecovision today...

    $40 and the guy threw in ladybug, pepper 2 and donkey kong.

    it's in great condition and i've had no problems getting it to work.
