Post Ideas for improving the Retro Duo mods

I would like to hear ideas from anyone who has them regarding feasible Retro Duo improvents, for example:

    • Adding Shielding to prevent Audio and video Noise on the system.
Correcting S-Video problems on the NES end.
      NES Dongles
Retro Duo D-pad improvement (Replace D-pad with SNES D-pad?)

I'll field any ideas anyone has.

only one I really care about is the DPAD but that can be fixed by getting a SNES pad (I need to grab one) the others sound nice to though

NES controller ports would be great. I'd love to connect a zapper to my retro duo. I'd also like to force the retro duo to generate mono sound for NES games. They just don't sound right in stereo. It would be best to send the same mono signal to both the left and right speakers.

couldn't you just use one of these to combine the signals into one output and then put in the the left channel imput?

The Retro Duo does something funny to mix stereo sound for the NES games. combining the left and right signals won't fix this. It would be better to disable it in the first place.

The SNES/NES thing can be taken care off with a Dongle. That can be made by hand. What I would like to see is perfect S-video.
