$32,000 Millionaire question
Today on Who Wants to be a Millionaire there was an easy as hell video game question (for us at least) for a massive $32,000. It was:
In 1981, what famous video game character was created with the name "Jumpman?"
A. Pac-man
B. Mario
C. Sonic
D. Centipede
Has anyone else seen a VG related question on the show, either prime time or day-time? This is the first one I've seen.
Did the contestent get the answer right?

Is it mario? I'm assuming so.
Dorks like me know pac-man was before 1981 and sonic was after, more 1990, and centipede just doesn't make sense.
Pac-Man = Puck-Man anyways.
Yep, it's Jumpman. That's what he was called back in the days of new Donkey Kong cabinets. In a way, DK is older than Mario, and I bet his character was thought up first as well.
I swear, there was once a high-level question that went like this:
Which of these is not a pokemon?
A) Pikachu
B) Jigglypuff
C) Frodo
D) Diglett
And the guy walked away. Bah, mainstream.
Yeah, the guy got it right, but he admitted he had no clue and guessed.
