Everything in the picture is included. Most of the game boxes are just the boxes with no games or manuals. Although many of the boxes do have documents and there may be 1 or 2 manuals in a couple boxes. The NUON controllers work just fine. The NUON Pen is basically unused. The mags are in great shape for the most part. Some are as old as 1990. Most of the boxes are in great shape as well. VHS are in great shape.

This would be a great lot to buy if you are a reseller. I just don't have the time or patience to sell all of this stuff individually!
