DP is conservative with the sub-forums and that's good. Some places have 6 posts and 20 forums. You have to stick to the forums that can be used.
So I support this forum wholeheartedly. I am into old comp gaming (see my recent On The Prowl) and this is a sweet addition. I'll prolly be here second only to the Marketplace.
Ugh. Computer games are video games so I don't think separating them in a forum is a good thing, especially given all the overlap with console and arcade history.
I have to say that I am all for this forum, kudos on creating it!
OK geeking Out here i need a forum for old school PC games. Loved them since the commadore 64

This site is an attempt to provide a gallery of interesting games with images of the opening screen as well as an in-play snapshot, along with a brief review tested on a real TI 99/4A system. Hardware requirements will also be listed and download links provided. Most of these files will also be available in a special Game Shelf section on the Hidden Reef BBS for direct download into the TI, as well as a combined zipped file on this site.

Now maybe the TI99/4A Computer along with its Emulators & Simulators* users could start a mild rediscovery of this computer type if they each made a concerted effort to publicize the availability of this material worldwide over the Internet
