According to my nintendo power index, issue 1 had a counselor's corner article in it on page 50. (I am guessing this might be it since the pic you posted shows a couple of questions at the top.)
Issue 12 had an classified info article on 11i (the i indicates an insert of some sort).
One of the tip/strategy compilations had an article on it on pg 124/125. (Not sure which one - the power index doesn't get that detailed.)
