I stopped by Toys R Us to see if they had any of the new juvi line of Sonic toys and ran across a Super Sonic and a Super Shadow.

Super Sonic you can still get from TRU.com, but for some reason, the stopped selling Super Shadow. They actually had 2 Super Shadows, but I am too lazy to buy a second one to sell it.

Playing some catch up from last week and this week. First off, a pair of N64 memory cards from DP member Cornelius. Both work great, thanks man! Finally able to enjoy Mystical Ninja Starring Goemon.

Drifting away from games for a moment, a certified butt load of Sailor Moon prism stickers. A little too much Chibi-Usa than I'd care to be in there but beggars can't be moonies. Lots of Sailor Venus as well, sadly not much Makoto. Paid $12.50 for all of them, has a full set of the chibi angels, not bad at all. I remember when prices for some of these would hit $5.00 a pop.

Comes at an interesting time since I'm currently rebuilding my old Sailor Moon site from an archive from 2000/2001. I say rebuilding but it's more along the lines of restoring, keeping it as it was archived, a time capsule of that era online.

    Lastly, FINALLY...

Saber Rider and the Star Sheriffs complete series. VCI decided not to release the second volume and instead simply release the entire series in one package for less than volumes 2 + 3 would have cost. One of the most underrated series of 80's animation and an interesting repacing of the source material. It's less than $40.00, go check it out. Who knows, if it sells well enough we may get subtitled Star Musketeer Bismarck like what happened with Golion.

I got a Neo-Geo Pocket Color (shiny silver one :P) with King of Fighters R-2 off of craigslist today. $35, right about market value.

The trader was nice too, although he didn't replace the failing sub (CR2032) battery. The local grocery store is out of CR2032's... wtf...

Why does the NGPC need a CR2032?

Crappy yard sale day again, 6 hours and all I found was a boxed N64 with cart only copies of Tetrisphere, Wave Race 64, and Extreme-G, a controller, and two rumble packs for $5.

I did see some cool import fighters for PS2 at Bookman's for $8 each that I'll pick up later when I have crap to trade in.

Here's what I picked up from someone outside my work in the parking lot for $60.00 (Cdn)

I work at EB-Games, and they wanted cash not credit, so I made an offer on my break.

The Banjo Kazooie I got hosed on, it was only a box w/ instructions, but I have two boxless carts so it works out I guess.

    N64 System (black) CIB w/ Mario 64
    Mario 64 CIB
    Banjo Twooie CIB
    007 GoldenEye CIB
    Namco Museum 64 CIB
    Hexen CIB
    Turok 2 CIB
    Super Smash Bros. CIB
    WWF Warzone CIB
    Waialae Golf CIB
    The New Tetris L
    Tetrisphere L
    Donkey Kong 64 L
    Mario Kart 64 L
    Rumble pack L
    3rd part Mem card L

Everything in a box is CIB, including the system. I'm a little dissapointed that Mario Kart's lable is destroyed. Not a bad score at all if Ido say so.

Also picked up a Wii Fit Plus w/ balance board, Alien Trilogy longbox (PS1) and Ratchet and Clank 1,2,3 (ps2) from work.

Went to a church garage sale, and picked up the following:

Nascar 2, sealed and complete for $2.00. The seller said he never had time to play it. Not sure if I'm keeping this or not.

Also picked up two Xena action figures, for $1.50 each, complete in box.

I found something very cool today; a crisp & clean (loose) Pionner RS-232C Laserdisc player! It was $20, and works like a charm. This is the first time I've seen one of these things in the wild in a LONG time. The picture quality is very nice; The Lost World: Jurassic Park looks a lot cleaner than the DVD counterpart.
Here's what it looks like: http://cgi.ebay.com/Pioneer-CD-CDV-L...item1c0cab091d
(Not my auction, I'm keeping mine.)

Game related, I found a complete copy of Project Horned Owl for $5. I've been after this since I found out it was made by the creators of Elemental Gearbolt.

    Pretty good for today!
    In Heaven, everything is fine.

I got one of these CDs today, oddly enough. It was in a box of random computer junk that I bought for $5. I thought it was neat that I found this game and someone else found 2 copies earlier this month.

I'll be hitting the local flea market tomorrow so maybe I'll find Stadium Events or something lol.
