Hi there,

I just scored a complete black label Einhander at a store here in Portland for $8.00

I was checking the value of it on eBay, and the prices range from $10-$50, which is quite a range.

anyone know what the real value ought to be?

I recently had one on CTCW listed at 35 + actual shipping. I ended up selling it for 30 along with 6 or 7 other games. That's the bare minimum I would have taken, as it was in very nice condition, and even then it was only because they buyer was getting a bunch of other stuff, too. Also, I had several offers of 30 for it from people not buying anything else. I would have expected more on ebay, but then fees would be higher, so... yeah, you should get at least 30 in nice shape, but now that we are getting closer to the holidays you can probably milk it for more.

I'm surprised you found any selling for less than that. Did something happen recently, like a PSN release?

edit: I just checked ebay, and you are right, prices seem down. Not sure whats up with that.

It should go for about 30-35. I don't see it that often in the wild or traded in to Drexel923's store.

I've noticed that prices are down for a lot of PlayStation games that used to pull in decent money, at least among the non-RPG stuff. Maybe the economy, who knows.

By the way, there's only one version of Einhander; definitely didn't sell well enough to go Greatest Hits.
