Default Help Me Identify This Game

I found someone selling a bunch of video game items online and I need help identifying a certain picture and description he sent me. He described the game as "Price is Right" and he can't find any name on the cartridge for what it would go to. I can't find any information online and have no idea what it would be for other than a portable system. I am including another picture he sent me for size reference. Sorry for the shitty quality, I didn't take it.

Wow, that quality is pretty bad. I don't think that's for a handheld though, the cart seems way too big for that.

Thank you for the quick response. Are you sure? I used your answer to find this pic, but it doesn't look like it. The casing/sticker doesn't look the same.

Am I the only one confused as to how a picture without the game cart is supposed to be "size reference"?
