My Gaming Collection (Now at Google Drive!)
Tecmo Super Bowl (NES) for me too.
Tecmo Super Bowl, NES
Quite frankly, I don't think the series did anything innovative after the NES games, which had a MAJOR impact on the way football sims would be designed from there on out. The NES games raised the bar; the Genny and SNES versions were under the bar.
Tecmo Super Bowl for the NES.
I really like TSB 3 for SNES because you can make your own players, but the NES version beats it by a hair for nostalgia reasons.
I'd give my first born for an updated Tecmo Bowl for the Gameboy Advance.
We don't stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.
Tecmo Super Bowl on the NES.
Not only this version got some major improvement like battery pack, season editing, stats, roster management, Pro Bowl, more play in the "play book" and sides-scrolling field ( i never like the "up and down" field like Madden).
But it also got some major stars of the late 80's, early 90's in the NFL.
I think this game his the one how make the standard on how football game should be make.
Oh eBay! you are such a pain, I am addicted to you like crack cocaine. You offer things I cannot find in stores,You are the pimp, and we are all your whores.
Without question Tecmo super bowl - NES. This game was made before the packers were good, but Sterling Sharpe was awesome on this game. Throw the bomb to him every time, worked nearly all of the time!

There's only one. Tecmo Super Bowl for the NES. Like a fine wine, it has aged well. If it was only good with cheese...
