    ...

    That can't be legal.

Not to mention a ton of those magazines are already available over the internet, for free.

Well, even if the collections of magazines are legal, I doubt that the disk of Mega Drive ROMs is.

From UK eh? If you ever put together a collection of high res Club Nintendo (I think that is the magazine's name) magazines from Germany, let me know, and then we deal. Until then, good luck not getting busted.

And probably taking much of Mort's scanning work too as well, especially on the 8-bit and 16-bit magazines.

I would never have imagined I would conjure responses like these. Allow me to clarify:
What I sell is rightfully available in the public domain - this in turn renders any copyright issue as null. All trademarks are null with regards to the same. It is NOT unlawful. Secondly, accusations of me repackaging someone elses work 're:mort' is simply not the case. Not all of my products are on DVD. The ZZAP!64 and Crash magazines are available as entire issue sets. £3.40 per issue is pretty reasonable. Thirdly, I am 100% policy compliant when it comes to eBay, 100% positive feedback and I am fortunate to have returning customers. Yes, many of these magazines are available for free online, but take a toll on download limits. A potential customer has to weigh this up, what would they rather do. I'll leave it at that. I never joined a forum to get bitten at any given opportunity by people I never met. I joined to learn, make friends and socialise. Regards Matt.

And we don't allow posts to sales regarding pirated materials... which technically they are as you are not the copyright holder to any of them. Hence the editing.
