There is someone offering one of these on a local Craigslist with the instructions, harddrive, 3.5 inch external drive, hookups, and the guy says its modded to basically be a 1040ST. How much should I offer?
For a 520ST to be a 1040ST all you need is upgrade the ram so that's not too big of a deal. I would offer $20-30 for just the computer setup you listed and maybe up to $40-50 if it included a monitor and some good software.
