Picked up Glory of Heracles yesterday at Gamestop. That wasn't my "find" though. I spotted Dark Spire for $5, new. The display copy looked like ass but for 5 bucks I wasn't going to be real picky. However, it turned out they still had sealed new copies so... score!

Yeah it's not even the size of the pics, they're just dark and blurry. I could make out maybe half of the stuff.

Picked up a CD-i Dragon's Lair for $2.99 at Goodwill today.

Picked through the contents of a ruined collector's life today at Play-N-Trade. Guy used to work at Rhino Video Games (purchased by Gamestop in 2007) and had display cabinets and items from the store. I heard he recently lost his house and traded his collection in to pay for a place to stay. Picked up some Saturn, Sega CD, and NES stuff (all boxed) along with a CIB Limited Edition Platinum Gamecube.

Is it wrong to think of it like looting a dead corpse?

I'll post up all of the finds with pics later, but highlight of the purchase? Mermaids of Atlantis boxed. I now have two copies boxed without the instruction manual

Technically it would be the store doing the looting I think. I don't want to think how little they probably gave for some of those games.

I forgot, but is Mermaids of Atlantis the Tetris-esque game or the underwater adventure game? Nice find in either case.

Mermaids of Atlantis is the clean version of Bubble Bath Babes.

I know the amount paid for it, and it was actually fair.

I don't have any pity for people who are on the forums when they should be working. Mostly because my own job has very heavy firewall restrictions and I'm jealous.
