For all of US NTSC, it's definitely rare, a firm 7 out of 10, where SMB1-3 is a 1, the Panesians all 9s and Stadium Events and the Myriad 6-in-1 as a 10.

For US licensed NTSC, it's in the top 25 of rare titles. It's in the class of titles like Race America, Swamp Thing, Wayne's World, Conan, etc. Basically if you tier it:

    God tier: Stadium Events
Top tier: Flintstones 2, Bubble Bobble 2, Little Samson, etc
Second tier: Bomberman 2, Color A Dinosaur, Bonk's Adventure, etc
Third tier: Race America, Swamp Thing, Wayne's World, Conan, Wacky Races, etc

Third tier titles are notorious for having ass expensive boxes and manuals.

Caveat: I don't consider Bubble Bobble 2 on the same tier as others. It pops up far too often to really be considered above the second tier. However, Funcoland/GS set a precedent 10 years ago by selling it for $30, leagues above pretty much every title they priced except DW4. This has kept the value high (and impressions of rarity high as well) despite it being available frequently. I also think the same is true for Bonk's Adventure, but on a lesser scale. However, for the purposes of giving a frame of reference for Wacky Races, I'll leave it up there as many others do not see it as I do.

$15 is a market value price for the game. You got a good deal because it will be some time before you see it again in the wild, if ever.

Yeah I kinda figured that and honestly I had never played the game and the let me test it out. I wasnt going to buy it but by the time I reached the first boss I was sold and had to have it right then and there. Well i hope that's the case. I walked right by a stadium events at a flee markt and the guy was selling it for 15 bucks. Didnt have a dime on me either. Hopefully i'll find wacky races with its box sometime.
