Birthday time! Wife would rather have me pick out a present in the form of a DS game.
I'd like something fairly new, say since the holidays.
Suggestions? Generally a RPG & strategy fan, but open to other ideas.

Here's my feedback thread: http://www.digitpress.com/forum/show...ht=FantasiaWHT
How about World Series of Partially Exposed Butthole Poker Tournament? I'm sorry, but I thought the thread was going to be a suggestion for a game to be released on the DS from the thread title. That's just mine.
Now that I know what you are after, how about... Phantasy Star 0 or Knights in the Nightmare? Outside of RPG/Strat, I'd suggest Space Invaders Extreme 2 and the first if you missed it. Been meaning to pick up Scribblenauts. That's the newest stuff that caught my interest that I'm aware of that's out.
SMT Strange Journey (end of March) and Korg DS-10 Plus (any day now) are what I'm waiting on.

The new Professor Layton or Little Red Riding Hood's Zombie BBQ will both just suck you in and kill time, but they're not RPG's.
Spirit Tracks?
Dragon Ball Z Attack of the Saiyans, Sands of Destruction, Nostalgia, or Phantasy Star Zero.
Haven't played any of these as I'm looking for a price drop but they are all RPGs and all look fairly good. I might buy PS0 before the price drop though since I'm kind of doubting it'll receive one the rate its going with Phantasy Star Portable still not having one(and it's been out quite awhile.)
Oooh I forgot about Professor Layton. Had a good time with the first one.
I own PS0 and I've beaten Knights in the Nightmare and the last SMT game (actually, I couldn't beat the end boss without what appeared to be a stupid amount of leveling up, so I gave up on it).
Actually wound up getting Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story. I loved the last two M&L games.
Thanks for the suggestions, though! Might & Magic was very close, I'll be keeping an eye out for a used copy... No interest in Nostalgia (It looks like the graphics engine from the FF remakes and I can't stand that art style). Sands of Destruction I want to hear more about from people who have played it. Spirit Tracks I'll probably play through someday when I can find it cheap. Phantom Hourglass was ok, but didn't blow me away.

I second Spirit Tracks. Maybe wait a month and get Pokemon: HeartGold/SoulSilver.
Who sells DS games and porn? That's like a one-stop shop or something.
Forgot about Bowser's Inside Story. I'm not really a fan of the Mario RPG stuff, but I was even slightly interested in that one. I guess for the Mario Bros, eventually that will be a completely exposed butthole.
