If your really interested in watching the film I say rent the DVD, the version that's on the Anniversary Collection is the edited PG-13 cut.

well since I have the xbox version, yeah that wouldn't help me. you know I checked my manual and did some looking on gamefaqs about it as well before I posted this. god forbid I actually ask a question on the boards sheesh.

thanks for those that actually answered the question.

I probably have a copy of the uncut one on a disc somewhere, didn't figure they would have the version with the shower scene on it. mainly was just making sure it was complete it seems to be fairly popular, and I snagged it for around 5 or so so i was happy.

Even the unrated NA release of the movie has a few scenes cut.
There's a fanmade version with the complete uncut japan version with that includes english subtitles and audio track.

Anchor Bay released a fully uncut version on DVD a couple years ago.

*Edit - Info on the 2006 DVD*
    2006 DVD version
An Uncut, Uncensored, Unleashed DVD of the movie was released on July 18, 2006 and addresses the complaints made about the censored English versions of the film in 1995. Unlike the previous unrated version released in the US which was still censored, this release is uncut from the original Japanese version and for the first time ever (for non-Japanese releases of this movie), it contains the original Japanese soundtrack in addition to the Western soundtrack (both featuring a new Dolby Digital 5.1 mix). It is a double-sided DVD, with one side containing the English dub with the Western soundtrack and the other side containing the original Japanese voices with the original Japanese soundtrack with optional English subtitles. The video on the English and Japanese sides differ, though, with the Japanese side sporting what appears to be a new, higher quality transfer from the original Japanese master. Like the original Japanese release, the movie is presented in non-anamorphic widescreen. Also, the addition of Chun-Li's shower scene and a longer credit roll makes the Japanese cut of the film longer by two minutes.

Ah, so they just put the '95 unrated version on one side and the japanese version on the other. The fanmade one is still the only version that's in english and includes the full chun boober scene.

I'll have to watch the English dub again one day for the film, haven't watched that cut since it came out on VHS all those years ago. Just also found out the the version of the film on the Street Fighter Anthology is even more edited then the PG-13 cut of the film. OP, sorry for derailing your thread here by blabbing on about the film.
