If you're going to be picky, there's also Super Street Fighter II Turbo Revival (GBA).

It's surprisingly hard to find good links on Street Fighter II Movie. My Google was not up to snuff, but I found this.

Capcom released an interactive movie game based on the film simply titled Street Fighter II Movie for the PlayStation and Sega Saturn in 1995. The game involves the player taking the role of Shadowlaw's "monitor cyborgs", who would simply observe the events of the movie to collect move data from fighters. The game's fight sequences features an interface similar to Super Street Fighter II Turbo. Cyborg's Special Moves includes the Hadōken, the Shoryūken and the Tatsumaki Senpū Kyaku, as well as Ken's Super Combo from Super Turbo, the Shoryū Reppa.
And this, although it doesn't show the fighting segment:

Oh, yeah, if you want to be super picky about your Street Fighter list you'd also have to include Street Fighter 2010: The Final Fight for NES.

Wow, Zoltor got banned...
I'm not normally one to celebrate that kind of thing, but I'm just gonna open another microbeer in honor of the mod that swung the hammer. Here's to you, good sir or madam.
The CVS series is missing a bunch of the stuff that makes the 'Marvel-ish' Vs. games what they are. Magic series chains, assists, super jumps and air dashing, etc. etc. etc. CVS 1 and 2 play much closer to a traditional Street Fighter (or KoF) game in my opinion.I don't see why not, really. It's not like there's any real canon or connection between the games, so why not group them all together? Just because CvS is a bit more "serious" and doesn't have hyper jumping? Hell, I'd argue that Capcom Fighting Jam might as well be part of the Vs. series too.
Christ there are a lot of Street Fighter games. Despite the XII on the latest King of Fighters, that series is actually less promiscuous.
