I don't know if all copies of this game are region free, but the one I have is. Any clues on value?

I know both printings (it was reissued to correct a sound bug) were region-free. As for value, I couldn't tell you, sorry.

Well by looking at the Amazon.jp, the price is crazy. The game is listed at 9,999 Yen ($110.55USD) used and new for 35,972 Yen ($397.70USD). Most likely it had a small print release.

Does the US version work in Japan? If it does, this gives me to opportunity to make some money off the Japanese.

Looks like the NA version doesn't go for quite as much, but it still gets a good Y4300! I'm surprised it goes for that much.

I haven't seen any completed listings on Yahoo Japan but sellers seem to list the game at high prices. Of course, like ebay, a high list price doesn't mean jack. It is interesting that it is region-free and that is a possible reason why it's value is higher than the US version in North America but as for an actual value it is hard to say.
