Risingstuff.com is supposed to be getting in a CIB copy of Rockman & Forte for $43. I bet if you ask on the forums they can get you a cart only for cheaper. (Probably all three games, actually.)
Although I always hear great things about risingstuff...they have never been helpful when it comes to tracking things down for me. Thanks though.
