Default Games that make you go "WTF?"

The recent thread on Deadly Premonition inspired this thread -- forgive me if it is a retread.

I'm a big fan of unconventionality, and I love games that make you do a double take and go, "WTF?" I recently bought said Deadly Premonition, and while I haven't put as much time into it yet as I've wanted to, but I like the idea and where it's going. So what are some other examples of flat out crazy video games? I'm interested in taking suggestions from any genre/platform/console. Let's hear 'em.

Illbleed for the Dreamcast, especially that one level where you play as an action figure trying to rescue his "sexy doll" from a demonic Sonic the Hedgehog in Hell.

Oh, and there was also a butt that hung on the wall that sprayed poo on you. That was awesome.
