Yes, now I know exactly what you mean. I'll be holding a private hearing on the case tomorrow, with a towel in my lap.
I submit this, for your and the courts consideration in this matter.

Wasn't there violence long before video games were ever created? Speaking of which, when are they going to ban the bible? That has all sorts of violent stories in it, as well as suggestive racism. And now, more than 2000 years later some people still kill in the name of the bible and religion in general. So I guess the bible is next on the Governator and California's list. I mean, we wouldn't want that kind of literature around kids considering the kind of content it has.
I do feel alittle bad(not that much since they voted for the Governator in the first place) for Californians. When this ban gets shot down(again), who do you think will be paying for the ECA's court fees(anywhere from $200,000-2,000,000)? Thats right, the tax payers of California.

I think they're trying to just waste money. Or maybe it's an easy way to find ways to say they spent this much money, but instead are really just lining their pockets with this amount of money when the court costs were only 1% of it.
It's just stupid people (politicians) throwing a bone to the alarmist sensation du jour. Things like this make me wish for a meritocracy.
