Strange Sonic the Hedgehog Label? SMS

I was going through my master system stuff the other day, and I came across this strange sonic the hedgehog label.
I got this with a SMS model 2 system that I was told came from Australia.
Do they all have this strange label with a phone number on it?
I've never seen one like this, it really caught me off guard.

An Australian released Sonic Master System game, not really worth all that much at all sorry. In fact the normal label is the rarer versions in Australia, talking in terms of worldwide releases then this is the rarer variant as there where fewer made but its still only worth a little amount, these sell on ebay.com.au for $1 to $2 most of the time.
