Sega Genesis Region Bypass Game Genie Codes

I dont know if this is the right place to ask, but will a Game Genie help me play a PAL game on a NTSC sytem/TV? Specifically, I have been trying to play the PAL game "Super Skid Marks" on my NTSC system/TV. It is a game made my the Micro Machines people and plays just like it(or so I have been told). I cant get it to load/play. Anyone know what the problem is???

Hm. It works just fine on any region in the emulator. What happens when you try to play? Do you get a black screen? Can you hear the sound but not see anything?

It's possible that this is one of those NTSC/PAL incompatibilities on actual hardware that isn't replicated on an emulator.

I noticed Williams Arcade Classics was still listed as unverified in the faq. I have the cart and a Genesis 1 with a region switch. It works fine in Japanese mode. It doesn't appear to have any region protection.

Unless your tv can display a PAL signal, Super Skidmarks is just going to roll anyways. I can't get it to display on a NTSC only television unlike some other PAL titles.
