This is true. There was nothing in the way of a new title, only preexisting franchises. It's better than last year, which was a plethora of causal titles, then Mario and Metroid.
It might be worth noting that nothing shown by Nintendo was beyond T-rated material. Even the new Zelda looks pretty tame, and I can see it in E10 territory. It's nice to see them making good games without the blood and adult content, but you can't ignore that sector entirely.
