This might sound like a dumb question but what does it do and does it work on US SNES

It is part of The SNES Life fitness Exertainment bicycle that you hooked up for certain games on the SNES system. 1 Of the games would be Mountain bike rally in which as you pedal on the bike you would pedal on the screen. This is just the connection that would go onto the bottom of the SNES (yes it works on an a american SNES), although I do not have the rest of it so it does not actually do anything on the SNES system. It also has the screws to screw into the bottom of the SNES system. If you want a picture I could send it as well. (via e-mail)
