Default Storing Gameboy and Game Gear Games??

How does everyone here store and manage their Gameboy and Game Gear games? I can't seem to find anything that works. Right now I've got about 50 of each stuffed inside zip-lock bags. :/ Help!

My GB games are in a zip lock bag for now. However, I put my Lynx and Game Gear systems and carts in some rectangular Tupperware containers I found at Walgreens. The boxes fit nicely in my home entertainment system next to the DVD's and video tapes. The plastic boxes come in all shapes and sizes so go to your local Wal-Mart or Walgreens and see if any fit your needs.

You can order plastic cases directly from Nintendo for storing individual Gameboy or Gameboy Color games. Unfortunately, they're not too cheap (10 for $7.00 + shipping). They'lll protect your carts but I suppose they won't really help you organize them...

Since my collection is modest, I stuff them in my cheeks like a squirrel.

I do not have many game for each system so I just have a carrying case for both of them. The gameboy one is a giant gameboy, it fits 6 games, the system & cables. The gamegear game came with the carrying case in the sports package I believe.

My Gameboy games are all stored in a container which was originally used to store a N64 unit.

I've got two of these units stacked together (they're modular).

I have a 4-drawer unit on the bottom and a 6-drawer unit on the top. Each drawer holds 150 GBA/GBC games without the cases and about 100 with the cases. The drawers are also great for the systems and accessories. They will hold just about every portable system's carts, including Game Gear games in their cases. The wheels don't have to be installed and can be removed if you change your mind.

I've never tried, but I had heard that you could slip Gameboy carts in those sleeves normally reserved for baseball cards, with Gameboy Advance carts two to a pocket.

Because I had so many Game Gear games (172 so far) and most were cart and plastic case only, I ended up getting "shoebox" style sports card boxes. These boxes cost $2.00 at most sports card and comics shops. They are the size of a shoebox with a removable top lid. They contain two rows that are just the right size for most handheld carts. The only drawback is that you have to search through the carts as the name is not visible from the top. I am thinking of trying to use one of those electronic label makers and putting the name on the edge of the plastic case so it can be seen.

For my Game Boy games , I bought on of those game gear soft carrying cases. I can fit about 30 GB games and my gameboy in there.

As for collection...um try going to Wal mart or some store and look in the households dept. for a small plastic to store them in.

I knew someone who used to have plastic sports card boxes that were modular on the inside and fit the Game Gear games perfectly.

Personally, I have most of the boxes but for the ones I don't have boxes for, I bought a few soft pouches (for the system & the games) and stick the extras in there.

I just got back from Gordman's. While I was there I found some small wooden boxes on clearance for $2.00. They fit these carts PERFECTLY.

I use the 3X3 baseball card pages for the gameboy. Works well. They fit the original cartridges the best--the GBA carts tend to slide around a bit. Its nice too, because I can fit a bunch of games into a 3-ring binder for easy transportation.
