Hi. I suppose depends on parts and labor costs. A not-modded SNES mini isn't too valuable loose. I'd doubt this is above $60 at most unless there's an especially complex procedure involved. Tab removal being the obvious easiest step (even I succeeded doing that the ugly way lol).
Once I get this mini, I can sell one of my SNES1s to help make up for it anyway.

Are the SNES minis not S-Video capable through the A/V jack like the original SNES's?
Not that I recall. Probably not RGB either. US N64 only had the former IIRC.
