I've beaten Half-Life 2 (PC), Donkey Kong Country 2 Diddy's Kong Quest (SNES - not 100%), and Oracle of Seasons (GBC, completed quest from Oracle of Ages) so far this year. Hope to complete a few more this coming month.

9,000 gigs of ram and it still can't answer a simple question!
Yeah you only really have to be level 21-23 to beat the Dragonlord. I just run away from Red Dragons, Stonemen and others that live on the very bottom level. That way you can save all your healmore spells for during the final battle. Since stat points are random, this varies though.
Let's See.
American McGee's Scrapland (awesome enough to where I am thinking of doing a second playthrough)
Lost Planet 2
Sega All-Stars Racing
Rock Band 3
Sonic 1/2/3/S&K (yeah, that was an awesome weekend)
1. LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1 - 4
2. Ecco the Dolphin
3. Streets of Rage
4. Braid
Deceptively difficult but a joy to play. Looks great and sounds great. Worth a play for any platformer fan. Careful, though, it's actually rather challenging to finish.
Games that I've beaten so far in 2011:
Bayonetta (Xbox 360) - I loved this game. It was fun and full of cheesecake. I beat it on easy (automatic). I won't be going back to beat it on normal or harder. Great game if you get it cheap! - Jan 2011
Jumping Flash (PS One) - I downloaded this from the Playstation Store. Played it on PSP and PS3. I love the second game but never played this first one until now. It was really good but not as fun as the second one. - Jan 2011
Steam Hearts (PC Engine) - I played this just to see how dirty it actually was. It barely is. I think there was one exposed boob in the whole game. - Feb 2011
Strip Fighter (PC Engine) - same as Steam Hearts, but there was more nudity, but it really isn't worth playing. I played it using a two button setup, which sucked. It might be better with six buttons, but I doubt it. - Feb 2011
Street Fighter Alpha (PSone classics) - God I love this game. Guy is just as much as asshole now as ever! I bought this for 3 bucks from PSN - totally worth it! I had this on Saturn when it first came out, the two versions are basically identical - Mar 2011
Haven't posted this year, but here's my small list so far:
1. Vorpal - Xbox 360 (Live Indie Games) - 03/01/2001 - medium
2. Space Invaders: Infinity Gene - Xbox 360 (Live Arcade) - 03/01/2011
3. DeathSmiles - Xbox 360 - 21/02/2011 - 1CC, EX off
4. DeathSmiles: Mega Black Label - Xbox 360 - 27/02/2011 - 1CC, EX off
5. Manx TT SuperBike - Saturn - 05/03/2011 - arcade
Anyone see a trend? (apart from #5)
Whoa I broke 40 today. These two versions of the original Bust-A-Move were new to me. I liked the looks of the Neo Geo CD Bust-A-Move better, but the 3DO version is much much longer and offers more modes of play. I had almost 5 hours of bubble-popping action tonight. My eyes are exhausted and seeing a little blurry now.
1. Last Window The Secret of Cape West

3. Ghost Trick Phantom Detective
4. 9 People 9 Doors 9 Rooms

1. LEGO Harry Potter: Years 1 - 4
2. Ecco the Dolphin
3. Streets of Rage
4. Braid
5. Batman: Arkham Asylum
What an amazing game. It looks amazing and has a crazy awesome sound track. Flawless battle system makes for some interesting Batman fights that has him flying accross the screen to punch people. I would honestly recommend this to any fan of either Batman or 3D beat'em ups in general.

41. Beyond the Beyond - PS1
Ahh, Beyond the Beyond is one of my favorite RPGs. Not a lot of people feel the same about it, but this is the 11th time in my life that I've beaten it. It took me about 22 hours or so of gameplay according to the save file.
Beaten prior to 2011 and beaten again in 2011:
1. Alex Kidd in Miracle World
2. Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance
Beaten for the first time in 2011:
1. Sonic Chronicles
2. Zelda: Spirit Tracks
3. Tales of Symphonia.
I had originally played this years ago after borrowing it from a friend but it really bored me after a while, I recently decided to give it another go and I actually completed it.
My opinion of it has improved but I still think the story suffers in terms of pacing at certain points. A few characters felt pointless and some the music is unbelievably mundane. Having said that, the battle system is fun, there is a lot of content and some the characters are loveable. Recommended if you're into JRPGs.
(Have I only beaten 5 games this year? I really need to stop starting a game up and then moving to something else, only to come back weeks/months later to it. I figure I'm currently playing: Pokemon White, Luminous Arc 2, Fire Emblem: RD, Shining Force: CD and No More Heroes 2.
That's not including the 10 or so games I have save files on waiting for me to resume after nearly a years absence.)
I reject your reality and substitute it for one of my own!
Just beat Conan. Like SW:CW:RH this game also sucked. It wasn't that hard but there were some cheap deaths to be sure. And the last boss was a bitch with his six forms to beat and nearly an hours worth of fighting him and his minions during all the various forms. Definitely won't be touching this one again anytime soon, although the flowing boobies were nice.

Just about as bullshit as the last game, but with creepy animations and music. For being a powerful dolphin, Ecco kinda sucks.

Battlefield Bad Company 2 this Monday and Blood Omen 2 Legacy of Kain yesterday.
First time I've played the single player on Bad Company 2 since I now own the game, and I have to say that once they remove the servers, Bad Company 2, in my opinion will go to a 1/5. The reason for this is that there is no offline multiplayer. Most newer FPS games suck without multiplayer and the entire reason to play through single player is to learn the controls and mechanics.
This isn't the first console FPS I've played that had online multiplayer but didn't have offline multiplayer. The first game was Unreal Tournament 3 which was later updated with a patch, but if the system is ever formatted after servers go out, even that will be gone. There are probably others, but I haven't played many FPS games.
