Default Newbie PSP 3000 Owner's Questions

Hello, just got a new/used PSP 3000 and have a couple of questions I hope someone can help me with as searching on my own hasn't helped. First question is does anyone know where I can find an online Sony PSP Owner's Manual? Can't find one. Secondly, the reason I got the 3000 is to be able to hook it up to a TV with composite audio/video. What cable do I need for that and where can I get one? Any help is greatly appreciated, thanks.

The PSP component cable is what you need to hook one up to a tv

I don't have an hdtv just an older 32" Sony with composite and s video input. Not sure which cable I need. Composite a/v I think.

AFAIK: With composite you won't get gameplay display. Only UMD video and media (mp3 etc) playback. Have to get component to game on a TV.

On a PSP 3000 you can do games on componenet and composite.

On a PSP 2000 games are limited to component.

Makes total sense, since I have a 2000. Thanks for the back-up on that one.

You can find the manuals on the PlayStation site under support:
    http://us.playstation.com/support/manuals/psp/index.htm

The 3000 does composite or component video out, the 2000 only component and the 1000 no video out. You can find a first or 3rd party cable that provides composite video out via the expansion connector next to the headphone jack.

This is the official Composite cable at amazon. Look for something like this
